Pretty much bulked to gain bone mass, thumb pulled for my atrocious maxilla, worked on my masseters, stopped raising my eyebrows and trained the muscles around the eyes so it looks like I don’t have a lot of excess skin, I didn’t do a lot since I was still pretty new to the bp, then I starved
