I have been working out like two weeks. Do u see any difference? I know I have ugly chest hair..but I really wanna know IF i have done some progress. I mostly train my arms and do a lot of push up under a day.

I think you just lost fat, doesn't look like you built any meaningful amount of muscle but that probably is because you have been at it for 2 weeks, at the very least give it 3 months to notice any meaningful improvement in muscle. And obviously based on your transformation it also looks like you're trying to get leaner, that's going to make muscle building even slower. So just keep going and wait

Also, do you want me to start a GoFundMe for you? Yk so we can all get you an electric trimmer?

Yeah honestly, you have very low amounts of muscle mass. I think you should focus on gaining weight first, and then worry about cutting, also get in the gym, much easier to get jacked there than at home

That probably explain my sudden ios boost. Something has happened to my body that has made me more attractive. Not muscle mass but def leaning withouth losing mass.

i started mega skinny and it took me a month to see any visible progress just keep at it eat more and shave that fucking chest hair

im like 175cm and I weight 64kg. Im not that skinny but I get ur point.
im like 7cm shorter than you, same weight and im just lean, ur like skinnyfat rn but id reccomend just bulking for a while, maximise ur newbie gains and have fun in the gym

I have good jaw. I started to get more lols when I worked out for two weeks. Its probably due to weight loss. Im just recomping my skinny fat body..

I dont care about big muscle. Im seeking for recomping. Building small muscle and losing the fat. If started to bulk I just become fat ass for one year and I cannot stand it even if I get big ass muscle.

I eat a lot of protein. I just started.
then keep it up, it takes time. Try to get a gym membership, way better than bodyweight exercises only, helps you isolate muscles more easier and efficiently.

I used dumbells. I have gained a lot of strength in 2 week. When I get more muscle. I will go to gym.

You shouldn't care about what others think, just try to go to the gym asap, I've seen people that look a lot worse than you lifting 2kg dumbbells and they don't care, + you've gained strength, so just try to go to the gym
