Yes you will lose fat in your face. It depends on your genetical fat distribution at what Body Fat Percentage its going to happen. Some people first lose fat at the belly and last in the face and vice versa.

You'll see face changes if you lose a lot of weight but try to not lose too much weight so fast cause you might lose your fatpads
