I have never taken a steroid. I take absolutely no protein powder, creatine, or supplements.

In image 1. I didn't care about what I ate. I was training regularly at that point, sometimes multiple times per day, tracking workouts, calories, all of that bollox.

In image 2, the diet is far cleaner. The lifestyle quality is overall better. I started running every single day. I ran an ultra-marathon without any structured training towards it. This is the exact moment in my life I realised how much I was leaving on the table. My whole I had been giving less than what I had. What scares me the most is that I still had so much left in the tank. That haunts me. My entire life I have been underachieving. My entire life my mind has been quitting way before my body does.

I may have descended physically. Putting weight on is extremely difficult for me due to an insanely high metabolism. I don't ever really feel hungry, and I can eat just about anything without climbing weight quickly. I have been stuck around this same weight for years now. I have made no progress in the gym, and if anything I am physically weaker, especially in strength too.

I think I have hit my genetic ceiling, at least for this weight.

I don't want to take steroids, but, trust me, it is tempting. Naturally I have a smaller frame. I think I've packed on just about as much as I possibly can naturally for the current size I'm at. I don't track calories, I know I need to put on weight.

I have ran ultra-marathons. I can hang in the gym for endurance with just about anybody my age on any type of substances. All through the power of the mind. I take absolutely no preworkout, never will and never have.

I don't even train for my body, I train because I hate training. However, being stalled now for this long, it's quite irritating.

Image 1 is when I going crazy in the gym. Image 2 is when I started going crazy about the mind.

If anyone has been in the same situation I'm in, how long until you started your first cycle, was it worth it and what would you change if you could turn back time?

Thank you for reading.

Steroid's are like supplement's if ran right.

If your metabolism is high, you can take MK677 to be hungrier and you can take Carbimazole for High Metabolism. there are multiple Steroid Cycle's in here, @illusion has a clear guide on it.

How tall are you?

Around 5'10 give or take an inch. I recon I could get another inch when I fully correct anterior pelvic tilt. Already saw some noticeable height gains from fixing that, and still haven't 100% corrected that.

Thanks Genio much appreciated. I'll look into Carbimazole now, and do further research into MK677. :feelsez:

How long of working out until you started your first cycle?
only took HGH 6 units a day per 1 mg of bac water I just did to grow taller im like 6,6 by god

You have not maxed out your natural genetics
I started running every single day. I ran an ultra-marathon without any structured training towards it.
things like this arent helping. How tall are you? You dont seem very tall in pictures but could be angles

Now are you going to pack on a lot more size naturally? no.

Around 5'10 give or take. Still losing out on potentially an inch of height due to anterior pelvic tilt which hasn't been fully corrected, but I saw some noticeable height gains from fixing the majority of that issue already.

I agree with you completely. I don't think I can naturally put on much more size, and at this weight definitely not. I'm aiming to get to around 72-75kg. So that's another 12-15lbs. Running absolutely doesn't help, I know that. I'm willing to do that trade tho. I hate running but what it done for my mind changed my perspective on everything. It just fucking sucks, and that's why it works for me. Even if that trade off means being smaller.

It is essentialy immpossible to max out genetics even with perfect recovery diet, etc

If you want better results you actually need to enjoy the gym, eat more and stop with the excessive endurance cardio

I agree with you completely, I do disagree with the enjoying the gym part tho. I barely enjoy anything in life, yet I still perform to a high level. Image 1 is actually when I used to enjoy the gym, when I was at my biggest. But, the current mental state I'm at now in image 2, is superior to back then. I'm going to look into taking MK677 and start my research into Carbimazole. What do you think? Thanks

I only mentioned the enjoying gym cause some studys show that enjoying it decreases percieved fatigue its a very minor change. M677 isnt really worth it. HGH gives same benefits without the crazy appetite increase (still gives a bit). I am planning to hop on after my exams but am on hgh rn never heard of carbimazole

HGH at my age is asymmetrical in terms of risk to reward. I'm going to be getting an X-RAY soon to figure out whether my growth plates are completely closed, I believe they are. But I don't know until I get an X-RAY. Enjoying the gym would help yes, I'm more focused on non-dependence though. Being able to perform at the highest level even on my worst days, whether I feel like training or not. I haven't felt like training once in years. How old are you yourself? How's HGH going for you? I'd love to hear about that.

Im 18, the only growth plates open are my clavivles but I take it more for sleep and reovery as while I enjoy the gym I feel tired very easily now I dont get that sleep is deeper but I get more dreams, I take 4iu will prob bump up to 5iu soon been on for a month or so had to take some time off training due to aqaualyx injections. The reason I say its better is because mk is hgh secretagogue all of the strength and recovery comes from and increased igf1 due to higher hgh

Read image 2 description. And genetics, + training every single day.

You say you are running everyday and that you are training for endurance. Well that’s exactly what you’ll get then :lul: an endurance athlete physique

Losing strength means you’re not eating in a surplus or just overtraining. To focus on gaining muscle lower the volume, up the intensity and lower the reps.

Track the fucking weights and increase it each week = you’re building muscle

Same goes for your calories and macros. Track everything don’t just do guess work. How much are you in a surplus each day?

Huge as well are you carb and calories cycling? Don’t eat the same on leg days as upper body workout days and not the same on rest days

Runners and endurance trainers like David Goggins has looked the same for years and never change because of their training style.

Running every single day you’re just spiking your cortisol levels and burning off surplus calories as well needed for muscle gains.

You asked how I stay so lean, the answer is I work my ass off. That's how I stay so lean. You can optimise for pump photos too with some sodium. I am peak leanness currently. I was slightly bigger on the mass side before I dived into the running world. I hate running with every single fibre of my being, truly fucking hate it, but I can't stop. For longer runs yes I am carb loading. I don't "track shit" tho, I train everyday and don't look further into macros anymore due to my obsessive personality, which is also just cope (I know)

I'm going to reintroduce some structured meals back and start retracking weight sessions into my daily training starting today. Thanks for the message certi.
