eyes are deep set and protected , and are neutraly tilted (0 degree) {its just the eye shape that sets him back and makes them look a bit droopy. a tad bit

overall good dimorphism as others have said

id lose the goatee if i were u, i feel like it doesnt compliment ur hair coloring, imo, youd look better clean shaven

bigger more defined eyelashes will take some attention away from that flaw IMO

get an eyelash curler and try putting these oils that make the eyelashes grow

make sure its cold pressed and high quality

been using topical minoxidil for lashes and brows and i dyed them

ya i used to pluck my lashes when i was bored in class and they are way better than before also is my under eye or over eye droopy

you have good under eye, as you have a good, well developed craniofacial structure. you will also age well imo, since ur well developed, u wont get as many noticble creases, ofc, dietery collagen and good diet and not smoking and genes also play a role.
