The thing is that I've only grown 2 cm in the last 4 months so will I grow more?

not everything works but did u know in Australia headache medication stopped working for many ppl just because they made it cheaper?

It was a real thing ppl were saying they had to be expensive even if the price means nothing just because psychologically if u buy expensive medication u will believe in better results and that’s what the meds really are

Yeah I’ve been dealing with a chest strain and illness now so I lost strength on my bench but I’m believing in it recovering and healing and I come back stronger, jsut started a powerlifting cycle
