13% is very low fat compared to the average american for example.
You could be under 10% but might just have a lack of muscle.

Fluctuating like that can be hard on your body, a consistent high protein diet mogs and has better results. Cutting down too much can cause muscle loss and a feeling of weakness, your back hurting is a good indication of this.
