Will I look like how I look cheek sucking when lean?

I have a good jaw when I suck my cheeks in, but it looks bloated when relaxed.

Can I expect something similar when i’m fully lean?

Depends on your genetics. Some people retain more facial fat than others. At a certain threshold of bf% it should always hollow out, it just might be Eugenia Cooney tier bf% for you if you're unlucky.
