I have spent almost every day of my life since I was in the 6th grade resenting my height, because of how I was treated when I was younger I was shown that short men have no place in this world, and I've now devoted my life to trying to improve my height. In the process I've have been eating in excess since 6th grade in an attempt to grow taller (even though I knew it would make me fat,) my diet mainly consisted of red meat, fish, random fruits, vegetables/green foods, and a lot of dairy, as well I try very hard to not eat chocolates and sugar dense foods as they have very little benefit. I am now 17 and graduating high school in 2 months, I am now 184cm (just over 6ft.) My father was 179.5cm at his peak, and my mother was 167.5cm at her peak (Sorry for using metric btw.) I decided top stop eating in excess and cut down the weight as well, I was 192lbs in late December and now I am 148lbs. Since loosing weight I've noticed that people treat me far far better and the quality of my daily life has improved by an enormous amount, obviously I'm still "young" and have potential for more growth but I couldn't handle being treated the way that everyone treated me. So now I'm left wondering if it was all worth it.
