Yeah i have a normal life going on rn, i changed in elementary, i never tried to defend myself because i always had high cortisol levels and cared too much about what my parents told me to do, i hate them, i always wanted to fight back but my mom had this shit speech about "being the better man", once i stopped caring, my life improved significantly

I still have my abused dog syndrome moments though, but it really got better for me, 2 years ago i even jumped the dude that used to bully me n shit when we were like 7yrs old, i beat the shit out of him, sent him to the hospital, used a ski mask so no consequences, best day of my life

If you just stop caring, your life will improve, guaranteed.
