If my growth plates are fully closed, does that mean there's literally nothing I can do to get any taller? I'm honestly really worried because I wanted to be a bit taller.

i also live in US, but u have to keep in mind the usa has different regions with various different ethnicites. i live in a majority white high socioeconomic factor neighborhood so not only do people reach their genetic potential but there's also a large percentage of dutch/northern european heritage in my neighborhood. Average for the younger generation is maybe around 5'11-6'

ya it just depends on how high up you are socially

it’s brutal but almost all rich people are tall so that’s why u see htn 6’0+ city at pricy catholic school

plus more money equals better food and habits
