Sounds like you legit need a new job.
Shouldn't be like this.

The only stress a job should bring is the amount of hours/length in the week you spend at it/away from personal comforts.

You‘re right.
I also spend like 3 hours in total to work and back, a day.
Problem is if I‘d quit now my parents wouldn‘t believe I‘d search for a new job, but would just NEET at home.
