Have u guys tried coping whit lucid dreaming?

TBH im not even sure if its a real thing just saw some guy say in a comment section he imagines his life as a chad although i feel like this would ruin ur real life even more

Back when I was big into doing dream rituals and spells in 2005 I would have lots of lucid dreams. I was able to escape real life and live in a world i created in my dreams. But when I became older I lost touch with my dream world and that land I created was forgotten Minecraft typeshot

It works if you open your mind and read into dreams. I had a whole collection of dream books to learn about controlling them
