Did we actually find a way to fix everything? and if we did then why isn’t everyone trying to fix it those who got the resources
Surgery and its future is bright but not for men. it was never

Looksmaxxing is so easy as a woman

Meanwhile its brutally difficult to be goodlooking as a man

Fortunately most men are ugly so u stand out if u are GL

Its incredible how much surgery cannot fix, most of all failos are nott really fixable in a good way thru surgery

The only thing is that u can’t push your eye forward with surgery besides that most falio got a solution in today’s age in some form or another unless you are rebuilding harmony or some craniofacial ratios
We have all this technology but for what ?
In the 19s without this we produced far superior techniques and results
We are actually declining instead of what we claim to be “flourishing” as humans advancement

The thing is most people are retarded and only think bones. But its fot tissue that creates harmony, esp muscles. And that is something that not many surgeons can manipulate well, and also the neurocranium and forhead is the base for most and that is something we cant manipulate well without some oversized implant that will make soft tissue look like shot and you will need hair transplant after.

Soft tissue and soft tissue response to osteotomies/implants is to quantum mechanics what osteotomies and implants are to newtonian physics

Let that sink in.
My work here is done.

Soft tissue is a underrated thing here, everyone is talking about how bones are everything while there are results where people get aggressive jaw implants and end up bloated and not as sharp looking as in the scans.

My point is that you are both right and you can't change everything with surgeries.

Thats why raffaini have the undisputed best bimax results out there. Even tho its kinda frauding, because he does lip lifts, fat grafting lips, fat grafting jaw angles, and so much soft tissue manipulation that makes his results so good. I mean having the bones in the right place is good but its just like supra results, when putting the implant in shifts the brows. Same is true for mving jaws forward, sometimes lips will not be good then the soft tissue manipulation is necessary but not many are good with it. For jaw implants it is much about the muscle stretching and estimating how big the muscle and skin thickness is. Complex things that most people dont even take into account and only look at ratios between bigonion and zygoma width on a bone level. I mean you would think surgeons would estimate this things but many doesnt.

Yeah, raffaini has alot of good results but he is also a good salesman, almost every surgeon frauds his results to a degree.

Soft tissue is something complex depending on the area that you want it to be worked on, even a simple area where a implant needs to be tend to be complex, all the good ascensions always come from conservatie implants and some soft tissue surgeries.

Many people on here forget that to become a surgeon it takes years of hard work and dedication to just become a surgeon, he takes into consideration everything and not just some bones, yeah they are important but not as important as they make it seem.

It gets even more compicated than that.

Say you get a double jaw surgery with a genioplasty and zygo implants installed intraorally. Say you get scar contracture (an often unpredictable complication) in your genioplasty step off, which pulls your commissures down and gives you momentary lip incompetence. This applies a vector of force across your entire face including the midface, which may disrupt the soft tissue healing in the LeFort and implant placement areas--soft tissue healing as in the periosteum reattaching to the midface following the release of subcutaneous ligaments during the operation, reattachment that occurs through scar tissue. It could cause your entire face to reattach to the bone at a lower place as it heals over the coming months. Then you need a subperiosteal midface lift.

By the incorrigible mysteries of soft tissue healing magic your genioplasty has caused you to need a subperiosteal midface lift and lower blepharoplasty.

Do you see how fucking ridiculous and complicated it can get?

NASA will fully explore the nearest exoplanet before macksillofayshul surgeons figure out the medical-aesthetic equivalent of time dilation and the uncertainty principle.

Not a single surgeon as far as I am aware is considering things at this level. . They are still banging rocks together because there is not really a financial incentive yet for them to upgrade to banging motherboards or perfume bottles together.
