I have driven for door dash. Used to make solid money back when gas was $2/gallon. I don’t do it any more tho cuz gas prices eat into your profits too much now.

It was so fun to deliver food back in late 2020/early 2021. Gas prices were so low and so many people were at home and didn’t want to leave the house due to COVID, so they just ordered all their shit from delivery apps. Could legit make $100 in a single evening sometimes.
