Yeah those are the one I want to buy but they are kinda expensive here since I gotta buy from outside the country.
I wanna know if u gotta use them daily and if they whiten your teeth after using them for one month straight how much time does that whitening stay.

Or if its better to use them eod to mantain the whitening for longer

Yeah the Crest strips made my teeth go from a slight yellow to a really nice off-white, anymore white and it'd look like porcelain. I swear by them and I seriously do think they work. The naysayers are just pussies who can't keep a whitening strip on for 30 minutes and want a quick fix for everything

Bruh I just realized the ones that are on stock here are the 5D which "apparently" are the same, they are like 12$ and the crest are 100$ If I wanna buy online outside the country.

Ive heard that using them all night are better to keep the results, what do you think about it?

All night? To be honest, I wouldn't. They create a really thick foamy like substance that mixes with your saliva and it tastes bitter. If you were to sleep with them on you'd probably choke to death. 30 minutes or more at any time during the day or whenever you want will work 100%, anything past an hour having them on seems a bit redundant to me

Personally, I did them every single day for about 2 weeks, haven't used them in about 4 months and my teeth are still pretty white. If you brush your teeth in the morning and at night, you can still maintain the whiteness that you got from using them prior. You can always use more if you want
