On average, who knows, it probably would be the life-long incel who suffers more because they are on an even more extreme end of people then homosexuals. I think a gay incel would suffer as much as a normal incel. Gay sex doesn't influence that fact that you are unattractive to women and rank low on the sexual ladder. Sexual competition is cold, brutal and terrifying.
