Just throw parties then, and invite others - as long as you have something free to offer: food, drinks, drugs, entertainment, etc. you will have some people coming.

Well, that's why you aren't probably invited to other parties, you should be more sociable, friendly, etc. After you will start to regularly throw parties, you probably won't invite shy, awkward people too, because they will ruin the mood. You will invite girls obviously, then Chads(so the girls will have a reason to come there), maybe some normies and even one or two subhumans - but if they are very sociable and jestermaxxed, like wild party animals that will provide plenty of entertainment with their crazy antics...
