No. The only one I know of serving Indian cuisine is in Dubai and costs like 30,000 or something.

Yeah went to one very expensive place in the city. Ended up costing around $380 (before tip) for two people. Food was very good though, and we had our own waiters just standing by ready to clean our table for us/get whatever we want the second we wanted it.

We were eating a piece of garlic bread before our food arrived and some of the herbs got onto the table. The waiter (basically our temporary butler) scraped the herbs off the table with some kind of knife almost the moment the herbs fell on the table.
