Have you ever gotten called out for frauding IRL?

OK, one question I haven't seen a thread for yet, WTF do you do if someone calls you out for height frauding?
I'm hoping this doesn't happen that much tbh, I know girls will probably be prone to doing it but do you guys think tall men do it as well? I notice guys IRL who kind of height fraud but I don't really say anything out of respect tbh.
Yeah, I probably could give them some lengthy explanation about spinal compression, morning heights, posture, etc. but that'd just seem insecure asf. WTF do I say?
I was thinking "Well, that's what the doctor told me" or something, maybe "I round up" could be cool as well

PARTICULARLY over if you ever get called out for lifts, I hope none of you have ever had to go through that, one time a relative asked me if I was frauding height with sneakers and I wanted to punch them.

Anyways, have any of you been called out for frauding IRL and if so, WTF did you do?

no I dont fraud my height, no one calls out my fringe fraud, people are legit norwood 3 in their early 20s now so no one notices my hairline.
