When I was younger and had a friend group, I was jokingly fighting with my friend and smacked him on the head with a bamboo stick (jfl) and ended up splitting his forehead open, he has a scar from that ever since.

Meaning he must think of me every time he sees that scar, as I have left my mark on him.
