Quite a few, ranging from friends to homeless dudes
I think they’re pretty fascinating. They present with a “disorganised” way of thinking, that is their thoughts and chains of reasoning don’t string together coherently. To them it makes perfect sense but it just seems crazy to us.

There’s often a lot of method to their madness and you can figure out where their delusions come from when you get to know them. Often there’s a lot of symbolism and such involved, schizos have overtuned pattern recognition, they derive salience from things that aren’t actually linked

Diagnosed?

Yep. He even had delusions/paranoia. I could tell whenever he was having an episode or came off of it. Like he was a different person. Disconnected, with a crazy look in his eyes. Was on pills too and in therapy. Apparently it started by smoking weed at one point as a teen.
