Bro I saw the copium about muh it's genetic or thyroid soooo much it’s insane. Meanwhile the issue is they have ZERO muscle in their body and eat in a surplus of thousands calories each day. It truly is a choice when stuff like semaglutide is available in 2025. It won't build discipline but at least it will make them hunger free

Honestly as someone with diagnosed hypothyroidism (on levo daily 4L) it did slow everything down pre diagnosis but it's mostly cope. I was fat at some point in life but I wouldn't fully attribute it to the hypo. It decreases your metabolic rate by about like 200-300 calories depending on how severe your hypothyroidism is. So I just had to deficit a little harder like a chad and boom. lost weight. (used tirzepatide for the latter half of my weight loss though) mirin
