Have you ever really received true IOIs ?

Earlier I believed that eye contact was a good sign of interest because one girl made eye contact with me daily but then I realised that girls will look at everybody,so eye contact is not a genuine IOI.

I think true IOIs are when she approaches you,stands close to you in public,and smiles at you while talking.

Maybe she always liked you but never really dropped any hints but if it happens out of nowhere then I don't think it counts as an IOI

I don't think there will be any significant changes
I struggle talking to people and that's what stops me from building connections with people
Even if I looksmaxed I still would not be able to talk to a girl properly,and if she thinks I'm bad at communicating then she will gradually lose interest and find someone else

Sure. And you can work on that through repeat interactions when they are relaxed with you. Ive had many girls come and awkwardly decide to stand next to me expecting me to chat them up. I dont really care but its good training. And they will make it easy for you bro
