No it’s impossible to be chad level while over 20% I’d say

If they have really good bones and a genetically leaner face they can be htn but to be chad level it’s always sub 20% at least i never saw a fat chad

usually no, depends where fat is stored on your body. I personally dont get a puffy face when i get around 14-15%. But at 20% ur just gonna be way too fat to look good

Not accounting for guys with massive skulls who can get away with 18-20, I don't think you can be CL and higher without being lean

every chad i see has some visible abs
even with a crazy skull you can’t really get the facial contour to be chad
