PUA consists of inner game and outer game

inner game is mindset, being outcome independent, learning the psychology to be able to approach women etc.

outer game is the practical application of picking up girls, so like learning what to say in what situation, how to text girls, etc.

I went from unable to talk to women to confident and can cold approach

took me a couple years tho and I wanted it bad

A friend of mine once paid €1k or €1.5k for a PUA coach. There are some that charge 5k € upwards.
Actually, he only said the following to my buddy

i did, but im dint pay for it, i torrent the course back i was still in college

super cringe about my past, it made me understand how a believe system work,
when you actually believe something will work, you find reason to justify it, you will think other people in a wrong path, but you are special
even if you see other failed and doing cringe pua, you still think you are the one who will succeed

i appoarched quite a bit, imagine if someone filmed me or post me on social media, i would legit kill myself out of embarasment

the only thing that work is you are good looking and approach someone who are already positively react to you
