For me it has been about hair mostly. Fucked my hair up trying to looksmaxx but ended up looksminning with terrible haircuts and hair dyes in desperate attempts to look better, and it just made me feel like shit for a long time and ended up with me just trying to revert it but only making it worse. I’m stuck with a terrible haircut and a shit colour now
