191 CM measured at my old gym which had a stadiometer, i get the same at home with at most a CM of error, unless you’re a retard completely bending the tape you shouldn’t be getting 2 inches less than you are.

Stand with your back flat against a wall and have someone measure you without bending the tape, if they are shorter than you make them use a stool or something

I measure myself nearly everyday hoping I've been wrong by 1cm all my life.

I did, but you have to get ones where the measuring piece doesn't bend all over the place

I also found my height changes throughout the day by about 1.5cm

Flat wood board up against straight wall. it hugs the wall n go down. I have also done it with cousin doing the board. Same results
