Like 3 inches since 16yo. Since 15yo Ive grown like 7 inches I think

It comes down to growth plates. If yours are closed at 16, your best bet is fixing any potential posture and ATP related issues in order to gain potentially 1-2in of height, if posture is bad enough.

If they aren't closed at 16, 17, 18, then you can still grow.

Closed = no growth
Open = growth potential
