Looks more like avg Arab/Iranian pheno.

Avg paki is slightly darker and hairstyle is a bit different but otherwise yeah

Both avg Arab and pakis are skinnyfat. This is why I cage when ppl say “traditional foods healthy” I mean sure some cultures food is heathy but MENA and curry food will make you fat
