I would still consider 1k followers to be a lot. Most zoomer males I know only have 200-600 at most. Unless they follow a shit ton of ppl and ofc most ppl will follow you back on ig if you’re at least MTN with good NT photos. College athletes I know avg around 1-2k followers but with far better engagement.

For your 2nd point. That’s why I advocate for the trades. Men are dropping out of college in the masses, and there are plenty of good underemployed careers available for all these men.
