Have you noticed this in the nightsky?

There's lots of minuscule lights wandering around in the sky at night? Is it satellites? It's not planes since they seem to be really high and minuscule, sometimes they stop and keep moving, sometimes they go really slow

It's weird because during the day I don't see anything like this

And no its not starling satellites I've seen those and it's completely diferent from what I'm describing
