jfl everyone in the world know fat=unattractive.

the real body fat pill is that 8-10% is ideal not the 12-15% that fitness people and the dudes on here claim, but that’s another pill the psl community isn’t ready for yet

true if you're not 10% you aren't even trying tbh
and 15% isn't even close to ideal it's still high imo

indeed. the current consensus is that 10-12% is ideal and 13-15% is acceptable but in reality it is much lower. for optimal aesthetics all men benefit the most from 8-10% body fat. above 12% your hurting your aesthetics and 15% is actually fat. there’s a reason why every runway model will drop down to those single digits.

of course, maintaining such a low body fat is another story though

It's impossible to maintain single digit. Anyone who claims to do so isn't actually under 10%. It's best to try and maintain 12% ish and then water fast or sauna before a night you go clubbing etc.

it's very easy to hold 12%, but 9-10% sub it gets insanely hard
and you need tons of muscle to look good while leaning down so much and not looking like auswchitz, which is the hardest part..

I have shit genetics. If I live on caffeine I still look fat. If I go to the gym, still fat. Nothing will save me. I’m as good as dead.
