indeed. the current consensus is that 10-12% is ideal and 13-15% is acceptable but in reality it is much lower. for optimal aesthetics all men benefit the most from 8-10% body fat. above 12% your hurting your aesthetics and 15% is actually fat. there’s a reason why every runway model will drop down to those single digits.true if you're not 10% you aren't even trying tbh

It's impossible to maintain single digit. Anyone who claims to do so isn't actually under 10%.
