Low mid tier. Or honestly just normal bloke. Nothing special. Your nose messes your face up tbh. It’s hard to tell your occlusion and if u have jaw recession. It seems u may have some sort of protusion of upper lip. Some jaw surgery may be indicated. But the nose is main detractor. Sorry.

d suggest get a rhino instead your philtrum is long due to your nose. Not your lip. Or even both may be indicated. Research into it. Your obviously still very young so yeah.
