so, this is a small update: I was about 18-20% bf, goal is to cut to around 6% in 30 days, then start lean bulking (take peptides and sarms to gain back the growth I've lost later) it's the 2nd day not eating, water retention is mostly gone, going to start burning fat soon, and I've lost about 8 LBS in these 2 days, got about 12 more to go (pure fat)

Most models are at around 10%, and you don't need to starve to reach that

i'm doing this to set myself up for lean bulking and gym, with this I can lean bulk to like 12% bf

"20% bf to 6% bf in 30 days". I guess you're not gonna eat for 30 days. Well, considering you'd lose muscle too, you might have to go for longer as bf% is the ratio of fat to total body mass. Either way you're delusional. Like if you don't know how to diet down to 6% and deal with constant hunger long term, you'll gain it back anyways. The hardest part about getting lean is staying lean. Anyone can crash diet very few can go about day-to-day life at 6%.
