4 days without ai and seeing more gainz for some reason, I was on 12.5 asin EOD and my gainz started stalling, think Im just gunna do asin twice a week now only on pinning days.

Yup all the people who aren't noobs with irrational gyno fears at r/steroids agree that higher estrogen = higher gains. I'm now just doing .25mg adex every 3.5 days. Although yesterday I started using the remaining 1.5 weeks of dbol I have left so I bumbed it up to 0.5mg at the same frequency.

Not saying I'm not a noob cause I definitely am but I'm seeing that I'm not getting any gyno at that low AI dosage.
