Real talk I just like eating in 1 sitting. Been eating 1600 calories for dinner for 4 months now and I've lost 30 lbs

500 calories a day is super fucking retarded and will plumet Your metabolism into super storage slow mode. Eat 1.5k a day if your a male that is small and I usually do one meal a day and eat 1.2-6k in one sitting and I’m usually fine
