Haven't eaten in 3 days

Started a fast 3 days ago. Normally at this point I would be hungry but because of the breakup i literally have zero hunger or urge to masturbate or anything. It's so weird.

Gotta eat tho cuz I'm going to Jiu Jitsu with my friend tonight (he told me to come with him to help get my mind off of her).

My longest fast was 3 days tbh. Something happened and I just lost the will to eat. Crazy how you can starve to death on a diet after not eating for 6 hours but if you're sad or some shit you can go for days.
