havent grown for a year and a half at 16

Im currently 1m82, wtf is going on havent grown in so long, predicted height was 1m96 by the doctor when i was like 7 yrs old
Id like guidance please, idk if my growth plates are closed, also uhh i sleep like 4 to 6 hours per night on average and that since 3 to 4 years so it might be the reason
Is this savable ? Id like to hit 190cm
also im pretty high BF im kinda chubby rn im 92kg i have heavy ahh bones

yeah but theres alot at stake for me, i got to study i have alot of pressure from family members, i made it to a top hs but now i gotta reach for top uni
