haven't looked at myself in three years

ive always struggled w appearence issues as young as i can remember, im not necessarily ugly or beautiful & i don't know where exactly i sit i'll just know i would never be happy w my appearence even if i looked like a top tier supermodel. i haven't looked at myself in any kind of form, i rarely even look st my shadows anymore, but i know i'd be happier this way sadly enough. the weight of wanting to know what i look like is unbearable too but im also a pessimist so it wouldn't matter to me anyways

back when I discovered bp and lookism, some years ago, I went an entire summer without looking at any self-reflections thinking this way I will notice my improvement and focus on it only. Once summer was ending I saw myself and stayed indoors for the last 2 weeks
