At least if you’re doing it less, more gap between your relapses compared to before, you’re making some progress.

But fapping every 7 days isn’t ideal tho. It’s usually past day 7 when u start to feel the energy build up slowly, so I personally wouldn’t ruin that momentum every week.

Im not sure why its like that, maybe because i fapped so often before and after i stopped my body reacted like this. But normally if you stop fapping you should get horny, no? Just try and see

Most guys who quit cold turkey inevitably relapse, get demotivated to keep it going and go back to their porn addiction. When you set goals and increase them with time it's much easier to quit fapping completely.
