Quit drinking to fall asleep and now I just can't fall asleep. Took caffeine ritalin and nicotine to cope this worked for a bit even rn I'm not tired but I'm hallucinating.

I keep hearing my name called when no one says my name. I heard my name yelled downstairs at 2 am woke my parents up and they said it must have been a dream (I was dead awake) today at work I thought my manager was talking to me asked her about it and she said she never said anything I'm becoming an actual schizo at this point drinking might be my only option I don't think I can survive another day of no sleep even if I drink 4 monsters it won't be enough

So far nothing beyond auditory but its freaking me the hell out I don't trust what I hear anymore. I keep hearing voices from afar that are not real or I mishear people talking and it sounds like a blur or the words take on new meanings. Having a conversation with people is incredible difficult if I weren't on copious amounts of stimulants I would probably be unable to move

Should I drink drink to end this or do you think if I wait it out one more day I will finally pass out?

Lol, takes much longer than that. You're just micro sleeping (dreaming).

Yeah that happened on my drive to work its not really sleeping more like I will blink and 5 seconds pass or I zone out and time stops

Also I really am having hallucinations. I keep hearing things that are not there.

Don't freak out. Just enjoy it. It's nothing permanent.

I just can't keep this up I'm just watching porn or doing anything stimulating to try and feel awake. My body is shutting down. I'm going to ask for a sick day at this rate I'll be fired unironically would be better off going to work if I was drunk asf. I feel so tired

Nothing works caffeine is like a pain killer sort of but I still have a hole in my leg... My brain is beginning to be unable to function

Go to sleep bro, its very unhealthy to stay up for this long. Why are you staying up so much anyways?

You think I am intentionally doing this? I am used to drinking alcohol before bed and ever since I stopped I cannot fall asleep

I just can't fathom someone being able to stay up this easily as I am the opposite, always tired and wanting to sleep.

I've always struggled started drinking and it worked like a charm but the negative effects are becoming real to me and I think at this rate I'll be an alcoholic in 3 months

I'm so used to using it to get rid of my stress so I can sleep

Alcohol is jewish poison
