Havent slept or eaten in 2 days, still feel perfect? Keep going or get it checked out?

I’ve recently not been sleeping at all due to exams, problems, bunch of other reasons I don’t want to get into. Alongside this I have been feeling full for the entire 2 days, even though the last meal I ate was a corn dog at my school ~2 days ago. I feel perfect. I also walked a lot more. I feel like I can keep going but Google says it’s not ok. Should I keep going? I don’t want to like kill myself because I could t sense my own hunger. But at the same time I would love to throw off some of this weight and fat
