Haven't talked to my father for almost a year

No regrets. He is a covert Narcissist, rages at everything, mentally abused me, emotionally neglect. I remembered I got bullied as a kid, other kids would stole my textbook and when I told him he rages yell at me and tore pages from my book and slammed it on the table. I have fought with him in my teenage years too, like fist fight and wrestling. I think I got PTSD from that.

Thanks god now I have been living alone so peaceful af still healing my autonomic nervous system from PTSD from the chronic abused.

My mom is grandios Narcissist she's ultra successful af, also giga dark triad af. Whenever, I sat in the car with her she would spill the BOTB tier dark triad social engineering tactics.
