eat raw primal
throw all hair products in an incinerator
weekly raw egg and honey based hair mask with other additional preferrably animal based raw ingredients like dairy and some plant ones like aloe vera, just follow your intuition, leave on for as long as you can, 1 hour minimum
stop cutting it until its 4 inches below shoulder length and get layers
