Seeking help to fix one or the other fills me with so much shame, because its obvious that I would still be ugly if I fixed one. The dermatologist knows I would still be a freak and the maxfac thinks I am a unhealthy unhygeanic animal.

The skin on the other hand is very bad because of acne scarring. And thats extremely hard to treat

I’ve been consulting for a rhinoplasty and trust me, you don’t have to worry about doctors thinking you’re a subhuman. They want to see facial deformities, it means business for them, they’re very professional and nice about it. You should get the ball rolling asap, they probably have waitlists.
