i have a 6'8 ish wingspan i am 17 so it is still growing might reach 6'10 or sum anyways the last time i remember my arm was completely fcked by a 7.5 pound dumbell after like 5 reps and a manlet had to go way lesser than half a distance i had to cover and i lit fcked my bench too shit was humiliating af i cant even do pushups defo need roids for some good body
