Humpy, wide, bulbous and a deviated septum. Worst combination possible.

Surgeons around my area suck ass, I'd have to get a nose job in the Middle-East because this bloody nose can't be easily fixed by western surgeons..it needs to be handle by an experimented surgeon who have operated multiple similar cases..

Yeah I've noticed the same thing. But even in the West, high-qualified surgeons are sometimes crictized for their performance so what could we expect ? some people can be satissfied while others aren't.

Actually this. Dont ever judgle a rhino surgeon by his instagram pics. They will only cherry pick absolutely best results, that usually come from rather easy surgeries, sometimes will even angle/lighting fraud or even photoshop fraud. Like "oops, I actually confused the REAL after photo with the "perfect" simaltion photo, didnt actually mean to.... wanted to post REAL after photo... oooooops".

I don't have a long midface (it seems buy it's actually lens-distortion) and I'm currently high-BF so my jawline can't be seen because of that. I also have a dorsal hump which is a dealbreaker.
