I've only recently discovered I have a deep voice since I started thinking about my voice. Nobody's really commented on it yet. It's more a cognitive shift than physical training at least for me. People including me often subconsciously raise their voice to come across as more agreeable to others done over many years, often since early puberty, it becomes habit, even when talking to ourselves. I've just been reminding myself to use my "real voice" whenever I go in anywhere and not worry too much about altering vocal frequency to come across nicer. It feels weird at first as if I'm pretending to be someone else but it is slowly becoming more second nature.

Just make sure you use chest voice, breath with your stomach, dont move shoulders when you breathe.

it's stilted and you will sound dumb unless you have thick vocal cords that make it deep, I think DHT is lowering mine though
