if you have a recessed jaw and i mean severely recessed too you can easily fix it with todays procedures like bimax , genio or fillers
but rhinoplasty results for men most are botched a good rhinoplasty is very fucking rare most look worse after rhinoplasty ( take clav for example)
in short if you have a bulbous or crooked nose ITS FUCKING OVERRRR

NO HE DOESNT LOOK BETTER HE LOOKS WORSE EVEN AFTER SWELLING HAS GONE DOWN
